Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please do so well in advance of your treatment, but no later than 24 hours before. The easiest way to reschedule/cancel is by sending an email to [email protected]. In case of late rebooking / cancellation or no-show, the entire treatment sum will be charged. You will receive an invoice at the end of the month.
